Form Validation using JQuery in PHP

Hey guys.

In this blog, i am gonna show you Form validation my enterprise computing project.
The title of this website is "Sparkles Jewelry Online Shopping Website".
I have designed this website using PHP, CSS, JQuery and AJAX for the Front end and SQL for the Back end.

Form Validation:

When you create a form, you often will want to check the values people enter into the form. For example, you might want to require first name, last name, and a valid email address. Checking these values before a form is sent to the server is called "Form Validation".
There are a number of ways to do this, but one of the easiest and most flexible is to used for PHP forms is JQuery validation. Some of this may seem a little complicated, but it's really not too bad.

In this blog i have included validation functions for :
1) Name field
2) Date field
3) Phone number field
4) Password field
5) Re-Password match checking
6) Email field

Online jewellery shopping website project using PHP

Hey,

In this blog, i am gonna show you my enterprise computing project.

For the fourth semester (MCA), i have designed a website.

The title of this website is "Sparkles Jewelry Online Shopping Website".

I have designed this website using PHP, CSS, JQuery and AJAX for the Front end and SQL for the Back end.

There are many functions included in this website:

1. Login process

2. Profile name display after login process

3. Adding product details into the shopping cart

4. Display of cart list

5. Ordering the products from the cart list
6. Displaying all product details dynamically on the website
7. Adding new product details into database
8. Editing and deleting of product details
9. Registration of new user into the website.
10. Adding and viewing the clients as well as viewer's feedback.

and many more functions are there.

MULTIMEDIA PROJECT

Hey all,

In this blog, i am gonna show you my multimedia project.
For the fourth semester (MCA), i have designed a animated movie of a moral story.
The title of this movie is "The Merchant And The Donkey".
This movie is designed using Adobe Flash Professional CS5 and Adobe photoshop 7.0.
It consist of 5050 frames which means, it can run for 3.5 minutes.

Story Description:

A merchant had a donkey. He used to carry all his goods on the back of the donkey to sell in the market. They need to cross a river on the way to the market. He cared for the donkey very much. The donkey was very lazy and always hesitant of doing work.

One day, the merchant had to sell loads of salt. As usual, the donkey and the merchant got down into the river to cross it. The donkey being lazy thought of a trick. It slightly bent it's legs while crossing the river. The salt bags got drenched and dissolved in water. Because of this, the load went down and the donkey became very happy since it need not carry heavy load. As a result of this, the merchant had a great loss of money.

The merchant was wise enough to know the donkey's trick. Hence, he wanted to teach the donkey a lesson. The next day, he loaded the donkey with loads of cotton. When the cotton gets wet, it becomes heavy. The donkey without knowing this, played the same trick that day also.

The cotton got wet and became very heavy. The donkey suffered a lot carrying this heavy load.


The merchant laughed at him and said: “You foolish donkey, your trick had been discovered, you should know that, those who are too clever sometimes over reach themselves.”

MORAL: You can fool a person only few times but not always.

Travel Management System using Vb.Net

Hey!

I am swetha naidu from India.
For my third semester MCA (Master of computer application), college gave me few topics to choose and do a project based on Visual Basic (VB.NET) as a Front end and SQL as a Back end. There were many interesting topic under that i have chosen "Travel Management System(TMS)".

Later TMS was found very interesting topic after i did few researches on popular Travel agencies like in makemytrip.com or yaatra.com.

I have divided TMS into four different modules.

1. Bus seat reservation
2. Cabs (taxi) booking
3. Holiday trip booking
4. Report

This project can be a software for the local travel agencies who provide only bus, cabs and trip booking facility.
